If you book your Vancouver Airport to Whistler Shuttle more than 72 hours in advance, you will benefit from a maximum wait time guarantee.
If we exceed these guaranteed wait times, we’ll refund you completely. Check-in times and vehicle departure times are electronically tracked.
Summer (April 21, 2025 – November 26, 2025)
- A maximum wait time guarantee of 2 hours applies to all flights landing during our service hours 10:00 (10am) and 20:00 (8pm)
Early Winter (November 27, 2025 – December 18, 2025)
- A maxmimum wait time guarantee of 90 minutes applies to all flights landing during our service hours of 09:00 (9am) and 22:00 (10pm)
Peak Winter (December 19, 2025 – April 5, 2026)
- A maximum wait time guarantee of 60 minutes applies to all flights landing during our service hours of 07:00 (7am) and 17:00 (5pm)
- A maximum wait time guarantee of 90 minutes applies to all flights landing during our service hours of 17:00 (5pm) and 22:00 (10pm)
Late Winter (April 6, 2026 – April 19, 2026)
- A maximum wait time guarantee of 90 minutes applies to all flights landing during our service hours 09:00 (9am) and 22:00 (10pm)
Eligibility
- Bookings made or changed within 72 hours of travel do not qualify for our maximum wait time guarantee.
- Wait time starts when you check-in at the Whistler Shuttle airport desk (after you clear customs and collect your luggage).
- If you are delayed for more than 90 minutes after your flight has arrived you will no longer qualify for the guarantee. We will do our best to place you on the first available shuttle departing the airport. If this delay goes beyond our operating hours you will be offered a seat on the first shuttle departing the next day. Please update our representative if you are being significantly delayed in customs or if you are activating a visa.
