Warm friendly greeting on arrival & got to depart earlier than expected so that was even better. Wonderful informative driver, very proud of his work & the region he lived in, exactly the kind of person every tourist needs to meet when landing in a new country. The journey to Whistler flew by as a result. Expensive but reliable, efficient & if only the vehicle had WiFi it would have been perfect. Would recommend without hesitation.

We were contacted by text as soon as we were off the plane which was very reassuring. We then easily found our shuttle host who escorted us to the shuttle. The shuttle was comfortable & stopped halfway for a washroom/stretch break. We had the same driver to & from Whistler (Daphne). She was a competent, safe driver & told us interesting facts on the rides to & from Whistler. We would definitely use Whistler Shuttle again

Perfectly on time and place. Very polite and good driver ( Kathy). Excellent vehicle with lots of room for luggage and passenger's.

Awesome experience getting from YVR to Whistler. From the sales to the drive everything was professional and easy. My flight was delayed by an hour and they waited for me so I wouldn’t be stranded in Vancouver. Shuttle was nice and the driver was great. Very pleased with the service provided!

Excellent service, great communication via email, absolutely the best way to get from the airport to your doorstep in Whistler. My flight was delayed by over an hour and I was expecting to miss the last shuttle of the day - but the wonderful driver Bill was waiting patiently for me as soon as I landed. He made sure everybody arrived safely at their doorstep late in the evening. I had a lot of bulky luggage and Whistler Shuttle made my trip a lot easier.

Wonderful crew. We had a warm welcome by the team on arrival, Marco was a fabulous host driver (both ways), and the admin team was very responsive and helpful. They were on time and it was a beautiful ride. Will definitely use their services again.

We had a large family wedding in Whistler with many family members arriving from various US locations on different days and times going to Whistler and then returning to Vancouver. Everyone of our trips were very positive...nice clean vehicle, great driver, on time pick ups....i highly recommend

The whole experience from booking, landing and meeting the shuttle, to heading up to Whistler was very smooth and stress free. Our driver Larry was very nice and funny. Will recommend and use the service again 🙂

The booking via phone was courteous, efficient and quick. The airport liaison was waiting for us straight after customs check out and we left without delay. Our driver to Whistler was a pleasant young lady who shared some of her Whistler experiences with us, who are also residents of the town. Her driving was excellent, sticking to the speed limit and getting us home safely.We have used Ride Booker a number of times before and will so again in the future. Their service is custom tailored and flexible.unlike the larger companies who won't wait for delayed passengers, which could leave you stranded at YVR if you miss their last scheduled bus!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of this service. I was in communication with an agent as soon as I landed at YVR, given clear directions on where and when to find the shuttle. Everything was on time from arrival to my departure from Whistler. Drivers were friendly, greeting me and other riders by name.Thanks

Service was great! I received a text when I turned on my phone asking if I had landed. I was then given straightforward directions of where to meet. I took the last bus of the night and was on my way to Whistler from the airport in less than an hour and dropped off at the door of my hotel.

An excellent service. Even though my flight was delayed by 2 hours., a representative was waiting at the defined location to meet me. The transfer took approximately 2.5 hours; it was busy on the roads leaving Vancouver. A good value for money service, in a comfortable minibus, that I will recommend and use again.

In lieu of renting a car, we used Whistler connection from Vancouver airport to Whistler and from Whistler to Downtown VC. We booked online. The site was very user friendly. We received a prompt email with verification of reservation. The prices were very reasonable. The service was great. Our shuttles arrived on time, were clean and comfortable and the drivers pleasant. We would definitely recommend this service.

Fantastic shuttle experience. The driver was great and his enthusiasm for sharing his knowledge about the Sea to Sky Highway and Whistler area really made the drive special. I will definitely utilize these guys again in the future.

This was my second trip to Whistler and taking the shuttle to/from Vancouver airport. The Whistler Connection folks were always super friendly and helpful, drive safely (in the dark and snow!), and gotten us there is less time than estimated. The shuttle itself is clean, comfortable, and has outlets, perfect for dying phones after long travel days. One person's travel plans in our party changed and they were accommodating in getting her on the next shuttle. When I couldn't find them in the airport, I called and they answered right away, gave me clear directions where to find them, and I found them within 5 minutes. Totally worth taking to make your trip to Whistler hassle-free!

Affordable and easy. Trip takes a bit long in a larger bus (depending on how many to shuttle) driving slow with a pit stop, but transportation is clean and comfortable. Our driver Jim said he’d been shuttling for 14 years and was very knowledgeable with The area. It felt like a guided tour with information about local historical sites and tourism sites. Overall great experience and would highly recommend

They were really nice and professional. The shuttles are super clean and the shuttle driver offers to stop half way up to let everyone use the bathroom. This company is the way to go if you want to be pick up at the airport and dropped off at your hotel. It's extremely convenient and really reasonably priced. No complaints.

They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. So easy to access at Vancouver International Airport. Safe drive through icy roads to Whistler. Drop off back to hotel door in Vancouver. They cost a little more than alternatives but at least you are not waiting forever.

This is a super service their representative greeted us upon our arrival which had been delayed by an hour. Two hours later we were dropped at our Whistler resort hotel. The return journey was a similar experience the pickup was on time and we were at to the airport about two hours later . I would highly recommend this service.

Great service, reliable. Only complaint is that on the way back, driver was late and did not get an update. Driver was only 10 minutes late but would have been great to get a text update. Would definitely use again.

Easy to book. Great price. Great service. Door to door service from the airport to the mountain that was right on time in both directions with no difficulties manging bulky gear. With a little advanced planning we made a week trip without need for a rental car. Highly recommended!

It was my first time using the Whistler Shuttle, I was pleasantly surprised at the convenient and prompt pick up at the airport and at the Crystal hotel.The driver was very safe on the road and the ride was a breeze very enjoyable as he pointed out sights along the way. I would definitely use the whistler shuttle again it was very reliable and exceeded my expectations.
